- Paying for Judah Software products using Register:
-
- If you want to pay by credit card, with a First Virtual account, or in non-US currency,
- please follow the instructions below on how to use the Register program and send
- your payment to Kagi.
-
- If you want to pay by check or money order in U.S. dollars or by cash in U.S. dollars, you
- can use the Register program and send your payment to Kagi, but you will get faster
- service if you mail your payment directly to Judah Software. You don't need
- to run the Register program for this, although you may. Send your check or dollars
- (wrapped in opaque paper) to:
- Judah Software
- 16810 N.E. 40th Ave. #O
- Vancouver, WA 98686
-
- Kagi is a company that facilitates shareware registrations. It processes a
- variety of payment types, including international currency, credit card payments,

- Instructions for using Register:
-
- 1) Open the Register program.
-
- 2) Enter your name, your e-mail address, and the number of software licenses you
- wish to purchase.
-
- 3) If you wish to include a bonus to show your appreciation for Judah Software
- products, feel free to enter one in the appropriate box.
-
- 4) If you want to offer a comment on the product you are purchasing, click on the
- little dialog balloon next to the program name, and enter your comments.
-
- 5) Select the form of payment you intend to use, and enter the appropriate
- information.
-
- 6) NOTE: If you're using a credit card, please click on the little credit card icon, and
- enter your billing address there.
-
- 7) If you wish to have a Postcard Receipt (Snail-Mail) you can select this option,
- but it costs $1. If you don't have an email address, you will receive your reply
- via Snail-Mail anyways.
-
- 8) When you're finished:
- If you're paying by cash or check: Choose Print from the Register program,
- and send the printout and payment to Kagi.
- If you're paying by credit card or First Virtual you have some options:
- a. Choose Copy, then open your e-mail program and paste the information into
- an e-mail. Their e-mail address is sales@kagi.com.
- b. Choose Save, then include the saved file into an e-mail message.
- c. If you have a fax modem, fax the information to Kagi at (510) 652-6589.
- d. Choose Print, and mail the printout to Kagi. This will be slower than the other
- methods.
-
- Payments sent to Kagi via e-mail are processed within 3 to 4 days. You will receive
- an e-mail acknowledgement from Kagi when your payment is processed. Payments
- sent to Kagi via fax take up to 10 days, and if you provide a correct internet e-mail
- address, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement.
-
- If you are paying with Cash (in any listed currency) or Check (US $ only), you should
- print out your data using the Register application and send the printout to the address
- shown on the form, which is:
-
- Kagi
- 1442-A Walnut Street #392-VY
- Berkeley, California 94709-1405
- USA
-
- You can pay with a wide variety of cash from different countries, but if
- you pay via check, it must be a check drawn in US Dollars. Kagi cannot accept
- checks in other currencies. The conversion rate for non-US $ checks is around
- US $15 per check which is not practical.
-
- An invoice option exists, but it's hard to see how you would want to buy Judah Software
- products this way. Contact me if you want to do this, and we can work it out.
-
- Please do not fax or e-mail payment forms that indicate Cash, Check or Invoice as
- the payment method. You can't fax or e-mail this kind of payment, so sending the form
- this way will be fruitless.
-
- Payments sent via postal mail take time to reach Kagi and then up to 10 days for
- processing. If you include a correct e-mail address, you will hear from Kagi
- when the form is processed. I will send you the registration code and other
- information as soon as I receive word from Kagi that your payment has arrived.
